These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Goal Grid, operated by Gianluca Sanna trading as GoalGrid as a sole trader. By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Goal Grid. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not exploit bugs, interfere with service integrity, automate gameplay without authorization, attempt unauthorized access, evade payments, or use the service in ways that are unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive to other users or to Goal Grid.
3. Gameplay, Balancing, and Virtual Content
Goal Grid is an evolving online game service. Gameplay systems, player values, progression, balancing, features, and virtual content may change, be removed, or be recalibrated over time. In-game assets and values do not represent real-world property or financial rights.
4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals
Goal Grid may offer subscriptions or other paid features. Pricing, billing interval, renewal terms, and core purchase details will be shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. Unless required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the digital service has been supplied. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Intellectual Property
Goal Grid, including its software, artwork, branding, text, databases, design, and service content, is owned by Gianluca Sanna trading as GoalGrid or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except as permitted by law or with written permission.
6. Suspension and Account Closure
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten service security, engage in abuse, fraud, or improper chargebacks, or put other users or the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Disclaimers
Goal Grid is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continued availability of every feature, compatibility with every device, or that the service will always be free from bugs, downtime, or interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-based damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including when the service, law, or our providers change. If changes are material, we will update the last updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live may still apply.
